Earthy aromas from the Huell Melon hops give way fruitier aromatics. With subtle flavors of Fruit Loops, this beer drinks bright and crisp with a slight, lingering bitterness that entices you back for another sip.
TEACHING MOMENT: Floccing (or Flocculation) is when yeast cells clump together with other particles and drop out of suspension. This is what helps clarify a lager/kolsch.
